I received a call from the dealership concerning a trade in for my 2011 RX350. I was told I could trade up to a 2013 and keep the same payment. I specifically stated that I would not even consider the opti in for my 2011 RX350. I was told I could trade up to a 2013 and keep the same payment. I specifically stated that I would not even consider the option unless I could deal with Rachel Holderied. She so impressed me with her professionalism in 2011 that I will always seek her out when looking for a new vehicle. I told her I was having second thoughts about buying a 2013 when the 2014's are already available. However, I still wanted to have the same payment. She worked with me with that end in mind and we successfully reached an agreement. Back in 2011 I had a problem negotiating with Mercedes and Infinity dealers in Annapolis because I really think the general opinion is that a woman will pay anything for a car she falls in love with. Rachel was a breath of fresh air and not in the least condescending. She sincerely tries to make the deal work to her customers satisfaction. I am sold on Sheehy Lexus and Rachel Holderied. More
Stopped by Sheehy Lexus (Mid Oct 2013) while comparison shopping between an Audi A6, BMW 5 series, and a Lexus GS 350. Random chance led me Mike Bowen, who greeted me as I was comparing models in the lot. Friendly, very knowledgable, and absolutely no pressure to make an 'instant' deal. After a business card exchange and a hand shake, I promised to give him a call if I settled on the Lexus. After a week of reviewing the various cars I was considering, I met with Mike to see what kind of deal I could get on the Lexus GS 350. He was incredibly patient as I reviewed the various options and price comparisons between a new 2013 and a certified pre-owned they had on the lot. While I was still strongly considering the Audi A6, Mike got me a deal that could not be beat. I drove off the lot in a new GS 350, and could not be happier. If you want a fair deal with a patient & honest salesman, seek out Mike Bowen. As a side note, I could not be more impressed with the Sheehy Lexus Service Center. Over the last 10 years I've owned multiple models of BMW and Acura vehicles. While I can't say I've gotten 'bad' service from the local (Annapolis) BMW and Acura dealers, Sheehy Lexus makes them look like 2nd rate amateurs when it comes to service. Stopped by today for a free car wash and seat adjustment, and was AMAZED at how fast and professional the service crew was. More

I chose Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis for a many reasons. The location of the dealership was important to me, but more importantly what this dealership has to offer their customers is excellent. From the showroom, to the comfortable amenities available to you, to the courtesy vehicles, to the employees. This was the easiest, non-stressful car buying experience I have every had. I have not had the opportunity to use the service department yet, but I'm sure that experience will not be disappointing based on my experiences so far. In fact I look forward to getting my car serviced, because I know it will be a "piece of cake". More
