My husband and I have wanted the Lexus RX for a long time, when we finally decided it was time to buy we went to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis because we have heard many recommendations. The dealership did time, when we finally decided it was time to buy we went to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis because we have heard many recommendations. The dealership did not disappoint. Shandrial Hudson was wonderful to work with, we wanted some very specific features but we also were in the market for a used car, as the new 2014 RX is a bit out of our price range. Shandrial went through all of the cars that fit our criteria and let us test ride as many as we wanted. After test driving the first (and most expensive) of our choices I was sold, however Shandrial did not push us into any quick decisions, she still brought the other car we were interested in around and pointed out all of the features. The first car we test drove was a 2013 very well equipped RX but not in the color I wanted, the second was a 2011 RX in my color preference and also well equipped. I feel like most dealerships would encourage sales personnel to push the car that was significantly more expensive, however through the entire decision making process Shandrial pointed out the features of both models and took a lot of time comparing the pricing options for both vehicles. We ended up buying the 2013 RX and I could not be more thrilled with the car or the buying experience...there was no pressure, no stress and no rush. I would absolutely by another car from Shandrial and from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. The only semi-complaint that I have is with the financing. Lexus was offering a special financing option of .9% for new car purchases, but they did not extend that deal over to used cars. We bought what I feel was a very expensive used car (that was actually a dealership owned and cared for car), we put a pretty large chunk down, and my husband and I both have nearly perfect credit and the best financing offer they would give us was 3.9%, in addition they were not willing to lower the price of the car any more then the sale they were offering that weekend. We were told that the dealership was a no haggle dealership so there was nothing they could do about the price, however I have now read several other reviews of this dealership that discussed their ability to negotiate price. Overall though, I am extremely happy with the result and I could not love my RX more!!! I have price shopped this model and feel we got a good/fair price, I would have just appreciated financing to work with us a bit more to lower the monthly payment. More

Chris showed us what should be standard sales behavior for all dealerships. His professional manner, his complete knowledge of the product along with knowledge of comparison models was superb. His easy going personality made him a real hit for us. Thanks Chris for such expert attention to our needs, listening to what we had to say about our wants and needs in our selection. I purchased a new Lexus SUV 3 years ago and I went with her to assist in getting the best deal possible. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Lexus of Annapolis. Sales Consultant Chris Martin is fantastic! Chris was patient in answering all of our questions; he was very knowledgeable about the SUVs that we looked at and discussed all of the options available to my daughter. Working with Chris Powell, Finance Manager was a pleasant surprise. Chris Powell thoroughly explained in detail options for financing and additional services available. Everything was easy to understand, no pressure! Prior to meeting Chris Powell, my daughter had expressed concern about having to deal with this phase of purchasing a vehicle. Most people dislike having to deal with the financial part of the process. Chris Powell and Lexus of Annapolis made it so easy. Doug King, Sales Manager was diligent in ensuring that my daughter was 100% satisfied with her purchase. The entire experience was great! The service we received was that of someone purchasing a new vehicle, not a certified pre-owned. As a result of this great service, I will be bringing my car to Lexus of Annapolis for regular maintenance. I will be sharing this great experience with family and friends. We have just purchased our third Lexus RX just less than 2 weeks ago. We were really just stopping by to take a look because my husband thought he wanted another RX. We worked with Shandrial Hudson, who we believe went above and beyond for us. She spent a great deal of time with us over 3 visits and offered a huge wealth of information that convinced us that we did, indeed, want to get another Lexus RX. While we were unsure of a color choice (we thought maybe white) Shandrial introduced us to a beautiful new color, Merlo Mica, on the show room floor. We both loved it! Before long, she had it driven off the floor into the basement for us - my husband didn't want anyone else sitting in it! Shandrial spent quite some time with us when we came back to pick it up (after application of paint and leather protection) explaining in detail all of the features. She never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and helped us understand everything throughout the entire process. Annapolis Lexus is very lucky to have her on your team. Additionally, we then worked with Chris Powell, who was also very helpful in explaining the entire contract information. Another diamond on your team! Thanks, Joan and Ron Wilson More
Chris and Shea were very accommodating to my needs. They also had my car picked up and a loaner delivered to me so that I did not have to drive to the dealership. They both were extremely pleasant. We knew we wanted a Lexus ES/GS or Audi A4/A6, so we began our car buying journey by doing the online sales questionnaire for both products. Within an hour, I received a call back from Shandrial Hudson of Lexus. She was polite and friendly. We had already test drove the Audi, so we scheduled an appointment to test drive the Lexus. Shandrial was happy to accommodate us at anytime, she even offered to stay late if necessary. Just as you would EXPECT when your buying an high end product! From the time we arrived at Lexus we felt comfortable and relaxed. The dealership is beautiful. I certainly wouldn't mind bringing my car in for service. Lots of tvs, comfortable leather chairs and a snack bar. We were greeted in the lobby by a salesman who promptly called Shandrial down to meet us. So far customer service is great. After Shandrial tried to feed and hydrate us we got down to the business of finding a car. The test driving experience was awesome! Shandrial happily allowed us test drive 4 cars! She was happy to climb in any car we wanted to drive and let us have fun. For short while, we thought we liked the IS 350 Sports model, (a very nice looking car) so we test drove the IS 350 and IS 250 to get a feel for the difference in performance. Then we got focused and test drove the ES 350 model. The car we drove was a top of the line ES 350, all the upgrades and the perfect color. Price was pretty high. The car drove wonderfully, but we thought since we were considering spending that amount why not go ahead and test drive the GS 350 model and get the best bang for our buck. So, Shandrial kindly pulled out a GS 350 and we took it for a test drive. Both cars were amazing. Smooth ride, quiet cabin and great performance. Shandrial taught us everything we needed know about the cars while we drove. We learned a lot in a couple hours. I "wooed" and ready to buy that day! (But I knew better..go home and think it over) There was no pressure from Shandrial. We talked a bit about the financials..passed a few numbers around... but ultimately we walked away. The next day, just as I expected, I got a call from Shandrial. Within 2 hours we were able to work out a deal I was happy with. We drove back to the dealership and finalized the deal. By the time we walked out of Financing (BTW. Chris in Financing was hands down best finance person at dealership I'ver ever worked with) our new ES 350...the one we test drove:) was detailed and ready to go. Shandrial helped us personalize the vehicle and made sure all our questions were answered. She also introduced us to the Service Manager before we left. The customer service doesn't end there with Lexus. Since our vehicle purchase we have been contacted/checked on many times. Shandrial keeps a close tabs on us to ensure we are happy with our purchase and to answer any technical questions that may have arisen. She has already helped me twice...I just text her and she gets right back to me. I absolutely enjoyed my car buying experience with Shandrial. Now my wife wants to trade in her car and buy a Lexus too! No kidding... More
