He has assisted my son-in-law, Vincent McCallister who is currently overseas serving in Afghanistan to purchase a pre-owned vehicle via the internet. Mr. Salinas has made the experience very smooth and assured my daughter he will see this transaction to the end. He also made himself available to us even after the deal is done for future service accommodations. Mr. Salinas added a personal touch to this process. Although we were just looking, I thought it was worth recognizing the exceptional service we received from Mr. Edward Jackson by writing a review on this site. Edward is exceptionally friendly and professional. In addition to his mastery of Lexus vehicles, he is also very knowledgable of other luxury makes and models and how their performance compares to various Lexus models. Mr. Edwards' customer service reflects well upon Sheehy and I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and colleagues. More

Michele Mitchell Nordquis was very thorough in walking through the finance process and no "hard sell" tactics that you find at other dealerships........she is all Aces!! They didn't try to "sell" me a car, they assisted me in the purchase of my RX 350 F Sport. They were knowledgeable and very detailed with every aspect of the purchasing process. These PROFESSIONALS really know what customer service is all about. First impressions say a lot about people and organizations. Johnny and Michele made a great first impression with me (Even my brother who was just "along for the ride" was impressed with the service that he received) I am looking forward to experiencing the other service offerings that Sheehy Lexus has. As we sat down he told me the car outside the window in front of me was mine if I wanted it and he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. He had worked out a great deal for me to walk away with a brand new CT200h with all the bells and whistles. I still get to save on gas and now have a luxury car I love. Ultimate simplicity This is our 3rd Lexus ES-350 lease from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it came as a complete surprise. We were 3 years into a 4 year lease when I rece This is our 3rd Lexus ES-350 lease from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it came as a complete surprise. We were 3 years into a 4 year lease when I received an email from Shandrial, just 'checking in to see if all was well....and feeling out whether we would consider trading our 2011 for a 2014 if the payments didn't change. WOW! How unexpected. Shandrial made the transition so easy. We live in Hagerstown, MD which, incredibly, is within the dealership's service area, meaning that we really never need to drive to Annapolis. When we need service, they send a driver with a new loaner vehicle, usually similar, swap cars and when service is completed, return it to our home. Shandrial delivered the vehicle, we signed all the necessary papers in the comfort of our home and she even paired our cellphones and garage door opener while here. She and Chris are fabulous to work with and they never disappoint. Kudos to Sheehy Lexus for creating such a positive attitude among their employees. Attitude starts at the top.
