Chris Martin keeps me coming back! I am officially on my third vehicle with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and as long as Chris is there I will never leave. I have attempted to leave before I am officially on my third vehicle with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and as long as Chris is there I will never leave. I have attempted to leave before mainly just for a change in vehicle but Chris always patiently talks me through and helps me make the best decision for my family's needs. We are a hockey family so mileage and wear and tear is always a huge part of the decision making process for me. Most recently, I was completely stressed out about mileage and was considering my options. I called Chris and informed him of the situation and changes to my driving needs and within 6 hours and by the end of my evening, Chris had personally delivered my car, signed my papers and just like that, I was in my new vehicle and ready for another road trip. This type of no hassle experience will keep me coming back for years to come. Thanks again Chris and Sheehy for the wonderful service! More

Absolutely phenomenal! It was late Thursday evening, precisely 7.35 pm driving on Route 50 East when I realized that my wife's big 50 birthday was only 4.5 hours away - Aug It was late Thursday evening, precisely 7.35 pm driving on Route 50 East when I realized that my wife's big 50 birthday was only 4.5 hours away - Aug 22. Earlier in the month, I had arranged with the kids that we will surprise her with a GX 460. But wrestling with other competing priorities, it seems that was a distant thought, I had not visited any dealership. So I called Lexus of Annapolis and was told that they close at 8.00 pm. At break neck speed, I barely made it to the dealership just about 8.00 pm, they were officially closed. As I pulled up, Ed was outside attaching tags to another vehicle. I asked if they were still open, his response was "we are closed but what do you want man, I can still help you"? My request was very specific - a GX 460 Black/Black and I also had a specific price I was willing to pay. Ed immediately dropped what he was doing and gave me 100% service, racing through his inventory to find a match and perhaps it was destined, they had one vehicle on the lot.
