I'm been going there for ten years on and off and Landon was the best customer service person I've had. When they thought my repairs would take more time Landon set me up with a loaner car for the rest of t was the best customer service person I've had. When they thought my repairs would take more time Landon set me up with a loaner car for the rest of the day and I was able to go back to work. I was bracing myself for an estimate that would be more than I could afford but then got a call the next morning that the service techs also fixed my sunroof in an hour! To have great friendly customer service with a can-do attitude and transparent and fair service gives me confidence and comfort to always make Metro Mall Mazda my place for repairs going forward.
