I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Tech Eric sent video stating the oil have been changed and the tires rotated. When I get home, I have my rt front wheel that has abrasion The Service Tech Eric sent video stating the oil have been changed and the tires rotated. When I called Victor my service underwriter back to askhow could the tires have been rotated and that same rim be in the same position. He called me back the next day and said that Eric indeed had not rotated the tires because he couldn't find the wheel lock which was in the glove compartment. Why Eric couldn't come to the service writer or directly to me and ask where the lock was is beyond me. But instead ,Eric lied in the video. Eric lied to the Service under writer. The dealer committed fraud by stating they did a service that they did not. Appalling, if I could've given you a zero rating I would have. This has been my general experience with this dealership in buying the car and now this is my first time bringing it in there for Service. More
