Kirsten was fabulous and between her and Dylan (who I assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 thi assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 this trip! The sales team is dreadful. Lots of broken promises. Don’t follow through on actions. Don’t communicate with the service team. Gwen was very welcoming and her energy was GREAT! Elm was knowledgeable and very patient with us. He went through lots of options with us. I had no intentions on leasing another vehicle.
