The people seem friendly, but the efficiency is garbage. I've been in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking two hours. I know for a fact that it only takes 10 minutes for an oil change. On another I've been in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking two hours. I know for a fact that it only takes 10 minutes for an oil change. On another occasion, I had my car in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change and was quoted 3.5 hours. It took a total of 5 hours to complete. When I asked why it took so long, I was told there was only one technican working for ALL the cars. However, I knew this was a lie because I had counted a total of 3 technicians that day walking around. The amount of time it takes to do simple tasks is completely inefficient and unacceptable. Not only that, but they said that I had to pay a $50 "garage fee" that was non-negotiable. I'm sorry, but it does NOT cost $50 to recycle or dispose of parts, especially a few bottles of oil or liquid. Long story short......don't trust a dealership for quality work. They are too expensive and take too long to do anything! More

Took my car in for a parasitic draw diagnostic and told them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying their $230 battery plus $50 labor, or pay the $95 diagnostic fee. I asked her if they performed a parasitic draw test and she told me that would be another $95 on top. I went there for a parasitic draw test in the first place! I left there $300 poorer and my parasitic draw issue is still there! More

brought the vehicle in for a recall and the tech called to tell me I needed my rotors replaced. He said the brakes were shot and the rotors were so far gone and so rusted that they needed full replacement to tell me I needed my rotors replaced. He said the brakes were shot and the rotors were so far gone and so rusted that they needed full replacement in front and back and that he could do it all for just under $1000. This seemed surprising to me since I didn't feel they were due for replacement so I took it for a second opinion and they said the breaks and rotors still had ~60% of their life left and didn't need replacement. SCAM! More
