I bought this car at Russ Darrow Honda. It was stolen a few years ago & R/D fixed it for $10,500.00 (I payed the $500.00) The car came back to me like new. I had a funny experience when I called for service a few years ago. My call went to headquarters someplace? They wanted my name, rank,& service # and on & on & on. When I came in I told Jay Malkowski what happened and he apologized for what happened and gave me his phone #. The reason I'm sending this e-mail to U now is because I just had service done by Jay & It went well. I know the reason for the 3.5% mark-up (I paid cash) I would do the same & then bill U. I didn't give you guys a 5 star because I think there is always room for improvement (I had 2 cups of coffee & a bag of chips) I think your service is outstanding and I should have marked 7 0r 8 stars. Because of Jay Malkowski I have had and will continue to have all my service work done here. I don't "feel taken" when I pay $358.50 for service. Keep up the good work. Bryan. More
