I had an oil change last week. The technician did not put the dipstick back in correctly. I have oil all over my brand new driveway and had to bring my car back in to fix the leak. It was really a hassle to rearrange my schedule to bring my car back in and then wait for an hour. The last time I was in, the technician didn’t do something right with the gasket or something, and I had another oil leak that had to be fixed. I hope this doesn’t become a pattern… More

They had my vehicle for longer than one day, which was not expected. They never called me to inform me it was going to stay overnight, either. I really like using your dealership. I did take my car when I was using it and my daughter did the same when she had it. However, I am disappointed because you are including a surcharge I did take my car when I was using it and my daughter did the same when she had it. However, I am disappointed because you are including a surcharge charge in the invoice. I would have like to be informed of this new charge when I made the appointment. That is a shame.
