We were also looking at a Pathfinder for my wife and decided that we would probably do better to get that done first since I didn't trust the way the CPO "discussion" was going. After the test drive and start of discussing the prices, They "bring the manager out" to "close the deal" and "see what they can do to get a decision". After some looking around and referencing of prices for exactly what we wanted, I reached out to Jessica and was asked to send the sales estimate for the exact vehicle we wanted. And then that was it. Nothing. Wanting to do business in the state (and in our own city) I reached out 3 more times by calling and 4 times by text before finally reaching Jessica again. She said, "yeah, we can do that on anything in stock or if you want to have it shipped, you will have to pay for it." I sent one last text on Sept 1 asking what we needed to do since we could not find the trim we wanted on their website. I wanted to see the cost and estimated time to ship the Pathfinder with the trim we wanted. She never replied to that either. I wasn't going to beg to do business with them. Especially since they were selling their cars and trucks for thousands MORE than TX and AZ dealers. We drove to Lubbock and got exactly what we wanted on the 5th. More
