Michael was excellent and the problem was addressed under my new car warranty. But when leaving the dealership we noticed my drivers side door was ajar - off line. I didn't bring it in that way. Customer service next to nothing. Service Advisors don’t return phone calls or email/text messages. Repairs do not correct problems. We just keep replacing parts which makes me wonder Service Advisors don’t return phone calls or email/text messages. Repairs do not correct problems. Car going back into the shop Tuesday for same repair problem for the fourth time. We’ll see what happens $6,000 dollars later. More
