Excellent experience. My current MDX lease was through another dealership and was about to expire. I stopped in just to see what the 2022 model changes were and what my options might be. Appointment system totally inadequate. I waited 30 minutes just to check in. A 2.5 hour fuel pump change took 4 hours. I waited another 30 minutes for my car because my rep was on the phone.
