Rob is my usual service advisor ( for more than 15 years )and I’ve always been able to give an excellent rating. With an appointment it should not take 2 1/2 hours to change one tire. Usually my vehicle gets washed and vacuumed , but not this time! Needless to say I was very disappointed in my Acura service this time. More
