She was friendly and was attentive and well informed to help me with my questions. I was going to take the shuttle back to my house however she informed me the service would be done in about the same time I’d make it home and get back to pick up the Acura so I decided to stay and wait. True to her word it was ready in about 1 hour as she stated. The price was fair and I would recommend Chrissy for your Acura service. More

They were extremely busy and the service tech advised me that it would be approximately 3 hrs for my car to be finished and gave me the option to reschedule. I chose to wait. You know sal campezie and his family used to be great to work with. There used to be little to no markup but in the last 3 years they have started to add a “lifetime power train warranty” for close to 4000 work with. This is great for those buying but is little to no use for those that lease unless you purchase the lease at the end. In addditon to this lifetime power train warranty charge they are also doing market adjustments right now. Please it’s time to put your customers first again instead of your dollar signs. And by the way it is very tacky to see an employee drive in a mazaratti ( a car that most individuals will not ever be able to afford in our lifetime) - that just proves that money will come first at this dealership and that they do not believe in their own brand.
