I have been an Acura (and Honda) owner since purchasing my first vehicle more than 30 years ago, having owned more than 15 Acura and Hond vehicles. In all the years and all the vehicles serviced, this was my best service experience. I've had a few less-than desirable recent experiences with another Acura dealership over this past year, which lead me to try Regal Acura. I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future, as long as Chrissy and her team are there. Thank you, Chrissy! More

1. No car rental available until I wait around for over two hours and complain the car is not being worked on to manager. 2. Advisors do not schedule appointments correctly and not in system 3. Car tech needs to make scheduled appointments priority. 5 company needs to itemized the discounts they provide it’s all done secretly. 6. Pretty good experience……was given an Enterprise rental car and I thought it would be just for the day however, called after lunch and was told it was a 6-7 hour job and it would be ready the next day. My sales experience with Regal Acura was much better than the service experience. The only reason I would refer someone to the service is because of the experience I had with the sales department. From the first contact with Troy to Amy who finalized the paperwork. The young lady at the service counter was very rude. 1st it was 5 or more minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was in the area. Then she briefly asked me what I needed and I explained to her and when she saw what she had to deal with she'd turned me over to someone else. Then he didn't even come to assist me it was another seasoned gentleman in the service area who attempted to assist me. My service couldn't be finished at that visit but I appreciate him being upfront with me. I need to come back to that service center once more to get my key programmed and I'm really not looking forward to it. I drove from Tampa to receive that excuse for service. More
