Pretty good experience……was given an Enterprise rental car and I thought it would be just for the day however, called after lunch and was told it was a 6-7 hour job and it would be ready the next day. My sales experience with Regal Acura was much better than the service experience. The only reason I would refer someone to the service is because of the experience I had with the sales department. From the first contact with Troy to Amy who finalized the paperwork. The young lady at the service counter was very rude. 1st it was 5 or more minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was in the area. Then she briefly asked me what I needed and I explained to her and when she saw what she had to deal with she'd turned me over to someone else. Then he didn't even come to assist me it was another seasoned gentleman in the service area who attempted to assist me. My service couldn't be finished at that visit but I appreciate him being upfront with me. I need to come back to that service center once more to get my key programmed and I'm really not looking forward to it. I drove from Tampa to receive that excuse for service. More

I never spoke directly to my service advisor. There was a young female associate who checked me in. She did not provide me with a description of services due or estimate until I asked. The price quoted was significantly less than what I was charged. After paying, I asked to speak with my service advisor. He was paged, but there was no response. I waited 15 minutes, at which time I saw the young lady who had quoted me earlier in the day. When I inquired as to the significant price difference, there was no eye contact and she rudely stated "I told you this morning the price did not include tax and tech time", which she clearly had not. When I mentioned that she had not advised me of such, she kept her head down, repeated the same statement and continued what she was working on. After returning home, I added the costs on my invoice, factored in tax and still appeared to be overcharged. I have been a loyal customer of Regal, leasing and servicing Acuras since 2010. I was disheartened by this experience, this young girl's attitude and the fact I never got to speak with my service advisor. There were a lot of new, young faces in the service sign in area; many who were on their cell phones and never looked up to assist. This will not deter me from returning as the service technicians do a wonderful job. However, there was a definite difference in customer service than with my prior experiences. More
