Normally have good and prompt service. This last time, they had my car for two days and I could not get my service advisor on the phone to tell me whether my car was ready. So I tried to t This last time, they had my car for two days and I could not get my service advisor on the phone to tell me whether my car was ready. So I tried to talk to anyone in the service department over the course of an hour, and no one picked up. When I asked the receptionist for a manager, I was told they had all gone home. After I said I might just show up, the receptionist got a bit of an attitude and transferred me to the cashier who had to track down my service advisor to find out whether my car was ready. Then despite having my car for two days, they didn't even bother to wash it before I picked it up. This was a disappointing experience for sure and one I hope is not repeated. More
