They were extraordinarily friendly, willing to work with me on price and held the car I was looking at for quite a while which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a good car buying experience and I would likely shop with them again but only if I was close enough to see the car in person before purchasing. I did not like that I was not consulted before the application of resistall. This lead to a nearly $1k additional cost that I would have definitely opted out of. I also didn't like that they placed a dealer badge on the vehicle and said they would remove it when I asked but did not do so. I also asked about any visible damage to the car, they said there was none, but when I arrived there was a small tear in the headliner and a couple spots with chipped paint. I ended up going through with the deal, but I would have appreciated more transparency with these things. Again, mostly a positive experience. I enjoyed working with Bobby, Travis and Gabe. I felt they treated me fairly and were looking out for my best interests. However, I can't ignore the issues highlighted above. More
