Sales experience was not acceptable. My salesman, GK, did not return calls after contract was signed. His supervisor,GH, after 3 calls, assigned a business manager to deliver the car. I came back with a paperwork situation and the supervisor, answering the front desk call, told them to say he was not there. Michael Corssen saved the day. I regret buying the car a Rallye.
