Service if quick and your vehicle is as clean as when first delivered. Setup for loaner is quick, effortless and the vehicles are very clean in and out. Most BMW dealerships reward getting new leases by absorbing costs of the old one. I was completely played and ended my lease early thinking I wouldn’t have to pay the remaining payments. I have to pay for months now where I’m not even using the car and NO ONE told me that. Excuse me for thinking I would not need to pay for time I literally do not own or have access to the car. Robert also swindled me into an overpriced car where the rims had dents even though I was hesitant because he didn’t want to spend further time negotiating with me. Would not recommend to anyone. More
It was hot!! Air conditioner stopped working in 95 degree heat..... took a couple of days do have car serviced (because I wanted a loaner car) Car was serviced, a Air conditioner stopped working in 95 degree heat..... took a couple of days do have car serviced (because I wanted a loaner car) Car was serviced, air works subject to my $50 deductible, I had an alignment inspection and detailing while I was there too, felt I got a fair value for the services preformed and I left a happy camper. Car looks great too and the air is blowing cold again! More

Communication Concern My wheels were out of alignment. Didn't know. Brought car in for regularly scheduled service. Nothing about alignment communicated. Two weeks later I My wheels were out of alignment. Didn't know. Brought car in for regularly scheduled service. Nothing about alignment communicated. Two weeks later I got a leak in one tire and brought to my tire guy. He was crazed about how the wheels were not aligned. Spoke to service manager after the fact. He was very pleasant and understanding but that's all he could do at that point. More
Great Experience Adam Romano was a fantastic Service Advisor. My 2016 M2 was suffering from a severe hesitation, basically undriveable. I had never been to Rallye for Adam Romano was a fantastic Service Advisor. My 2016 M2 was suffering from a severe hesitation, basically undriveable. I had never been to Rallye for service but a friend recommended Adam to me and told me how great he was. I gave him a call and he was super friendly and made arrangements to get me in ASAP. I needed a loaner but on such short notice one was not available. So he contacted Enterprise Rentals and was able to get me in a car in under an hour. By the next day my car was fixed and I returned the rental. My hesitation issue was fixed under warranty and the car has been driving fine since. Thank you for you quick, courteous and reliable service experience. More
