Service person was not there at pickup, so we left word for her to call us based on her (many) service recommendations, including a vehicle recall issue. She never called back, nor did anyone else. Free service plus they fixed a little windshield wiper issue I had. To top it all off, my free loaner was a brand spanking new 3 series with just over 100 miles on it.
