As I've previously suggested: any appointments made for non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be sep non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Customers should be out no more than 30 minutes after appointment start time for those services. More

Everything was perfect, from the initial order to the delivery. Worked with Sales Consultant Eric Flack to build my M440i convertible which was seamless, even with a last minute change I requested which delivery. Also worked with the Business Mgr Dan Turin who was outstanding , no pressure just explained the financials and listened to my feedback resulting in a quick and perfect experience.
