Seems professional, but not true Every time tells me different things. Never fix the real problems, the BREAK problem. Tell me all X7 has same problems while I have insurance. 'No need to change breaks different things. Never fix the real problems, the BREAK problem. Tell me all X7 has same problems while I have insurance. 'No need to change breaks pad or anything, when it's necessary, light or message will go on. After I spoke to BMW customer service, they asked to get details from the dealer, then they will escalate to high level. At that moment HE told me the only time light or message display is when break is cut. I must change tires, brake pad and rotor, PROBABLY break nosise will go away.' I am having very very bad experience with them More
