The entire service team provided me with unmatched hospitality, and I greatly appreciate the accommodating atmosphere in the dealership. I brought my car in for service due to the check engine light c hospitality, and I greatly appreciate the accommodating atmosphere in the dealership. I brought my car in for service due to the check engine light coming on. Instead of having it fixed, I had my secondary air injection pump replaced, an oxygen sensor replaced, and the secondary air injection system sensor replaced on three different service dates. The check engine light remained off for a day after the final service date; however, a day later, it came back and has remained illuminated. The entire service total was over 1,000 dollars. I once again would like to extend my appreciation for the employees and the hospitality at this location; however, once I get my finances in order, I will be finding another dealership to service my Cadillac. More

My first experience was over the phone with Eve. Initially, I was taken aback because I was not used to someone trying to be as helpful as she was. In the same position, I might have been the same way. I appreciated her efforts as a result. The next encounter I had was with Paul when I pulled into the certified Service drop off location. He asked for my key which I declined since I had not met anyone at the dealership in person. He didn't seem to take it personal , which was a. And after a minute of talking with him, I went inside to meet my designated service advisor, Christie. Whether it be by chance or not, the next person I got to meet was in fact Christie! She introduced herself with a smile and ask how she could help me. She already had some paperwork and hand, but made sure to take down other issues that I had not previously mentioned to Eve on the phone. After which, I gave up my key and went off to the waiting room. After a short time of waiting, I was gathered up and told I was good to go. I would point out that I was offered a complimentary wash on the car but I had declined it in this instance. I got my key I got my paperwork and I got out. My expectations set for the next appointment, I was satisfied beyond measure that everything went as smoothly as it did. I've since been back to the dealership twice for warranty work. Each time has gone off without a hitch. I've gotten to meet Eve in person and spoken with both Harry and Senya, and advisor and warranty administrator, respectively. I am pleased to say that everybody is polite and professional. I'm glad I made the choice to come to this service department. I say that because I have another dealership that is actually closer to me. But after they refused to do work for me, it was obvious that they cared more about the dealership than they did about customers. I have had no such issue here. And while the review might say something from one person's point of view, I invite anyone that has a Cadillac to come here and experience the difference. And I say that with all seriousness because I am a fussy person and customer service is paramount. Thank you Plaza Cadillac service department. Without your high standards, you just be one of many. I appreciated the effort, and while I might do the same, it was unexpected based on other service centers. The next person I met was Paul, whom offered to take my key when I pulled into the service drop off area. Having not met anyone in person yet, I declined and went inside to meet my designated service advisor, Christie... Before being introduced, I was met with a smile and a greeting. I described all my issues and surrendered my key. Then, off to the waiting room! After a time, I was gathered up to go. My issues addressed, and my next appointment expectations set. I was satisfied and pleased with everything overall. I've since been back to have warranty work done twice. Each time has gone as good as it can, easy and uncomplicated. Additionally I've had the opportunity to meet Eve in person and speak with Harry and Cenia, an advisor and warranty administrator respectively. It's important to know that there is a dealer closer to me but I choose this one after my experiences with both. Plaza Cadillac is clearly better. While there is probably more I could say, it's unnecessary. Find out for yourself. You'll see. More
