My overall experience at Plaza Cadillac was average. I was also concerned that the salesperson and finance manager insisted that I had to purchase the anti-theft package as part of the vehicle purchase. However, after reviewing the agreement, I learned that the package was optional and not required to complete the purchase. Greater transparency regarding optional products would have improved my experience. More

I purchased a 2024 vehicle at a great price and traded in a 2020 vehicle f I’ve ever had at Plaza and I’ve purchased at least 20 cars in my lifetime.
