My overall experience at Plaza Cadillac was average. I had an issue with the driver’s side mirror light being cracked, and I was disappointed that the dealership was not more accommodating in resolving I had an issue with the driver’s side mirror light being cracked, and I was disappointed that the dealership was not more accommodating in resolving the problem. I was also concerned that the salesperson and finance manager insisted that I had to purchase the anti-theft package as part of the vehicle purchase. However, after reviewing the agreement, I learned that the package was optional and not required to complete the purchase. Greater transparency regarding optional products would have improved my experience. More

I contacted Plaza Cadillac in the morning and they had answered me right away. I gave him a trade information and we went and had a breakfast and went right there and met HENRY. It was great working with Michael and everyone at Plaza Cadillac of Leesburg. Was one of the easiest transactions we have done purchasing a vehicle. Concerned that perhaps the Radar had gone out again, and as it turned out, it was just a modular component that needed to be reset, so the car would continue to talk to GM, and my Cruise and Super Cruise wo as it turned out, it was just a modular component that needed to be reset, so the car would continue to talk to GM, and my Cruise and Super Cruise would return to working order. I was expecting the worst, and was given a beautiful new 2026 Electric Vehicle loaner, which had many of the same luxury features my 2024 Lyriq Lux 3 has. Getting used to the vehicle starting simply by pressing the brake with the Fob in my pocket and not having a button to push took some getting use too. I did learn that there was a button on the dashboard that would turn the vehicle off if it didn't shut off when i started to exit the vehicle. I'm not ready to give up my 2024 Lyriq just yet. I love the look, the ride, and especially the dealership. So far, the only cost, out of pocket, has been home charging, and that has been during off-peak hours. Both service times include having the tires rotated, tires balanced, and an alignment have been covered by GM Points. This has been one of the most economical Cadillacs I've ever owned. Sailing past Gas stations puts a smile on my face, knowing Gas is steadily going up. Plaza Cadillac has been and will remain my Number one Cadillac dealership. More
