Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. After paying $715. 00 to change oil, and remove service engine code, and service ride control code, which they did not do they are still on, and replace one fuse for pul 00 to change oil, and remove service engine code, and service ride control code, which they did not do they are still on, and replace one fuse for pull down front top motor, I am scared to return to your shop to pay more $$$ for the same service, with out a guarantee that it will be repaired or Money returned, will not be coming back, thank you Gerald Beer More

If you go there for service and have to wait for your car.. prepare to be there all day. They parked my car at the end of the parking lot instead of bringing it back to where you drop it off and I had to car.. prepare to be there all day. They fixed the problem. I was very happy that it was covered under warranty. It didn't cost me any money. I was happy they washed the car but sad they don't detail any more.
