I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told I had an oil leak, but there was no sign of any leakage on my garage floor. I was also told the engine mounts had broken or collapsed. Hadn't noticed anything that would indicate that either. We were about to go on a 2000 mile trip so felt we had to do the repair before we left. Total invoice was $5689.19. Ouch!! When we came back to pick up the car, we drove off the lot and heard terrible sounds from under the car and brought it back in. We were told that because the car was up on a rack for an extended period of time, it ruined the struts. The front struts would be covered under warranty but the rear shock would be another $2461.53. I was about to file a complaint with the Cadillac Customer Service but the dealership ended up covering the $2461.53 without me having to file a complaint. Before this last service, I would have recommended them and given them 5 stars. I'm not so confident in them anymore, but there are no other dealers near me. More

I had to wait almost an hour before the gentleman got there to do the pinstripe on my car. I had an appointment at 9:30 and I think he got there about 10:15. Total price with dealership addons not explained at all - only appeared on the copy with estimated payment (lease, purchase), and was not noticed or pointed out at all. Also, I was led to believe that the 3 year free maintenance was included with the purchase - I found out later that it was "prepaid" and included as part of the additional cost. Strangely enough, the additional cost was on every other vehicle except the one I purchased. Imagine my surprise when I got home and realized I was charged an additional $2500! There needs to be better transparency when purchasing a vehicle so we have a positive experience, and not made to feel that we (as a 71 year old single female) are just taken advantage of. Final note - I was promised to be "taken care of" by the sales manager and never heard from him again. Even a small gesture would be better than nothing! More
