We have being shopping for a 2024 Venza Limited for 2 weeks. We walked out of some many dealership in the last two weeks y’all have no idea.!!! I took my wife’s Sequoia to Cannon this week. He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. He always helps me out and has a smile on his face and a genuine personality. Customer service is hit or miss these days. Without mentioning names, there are other advisors and sales people at this dealership that could learn a few things from Cannon. I tell all of my family and friends who service their cars here, to use him. Not sure if they do, but I refer him all the time. Cannon is a valuable asset to the service department and the dealership. I’ll probably always have a Toyota in my posession and I hope that Cannon is there to help me when I need him! More
