The guy get out from his office, came to us, start using guilt tactics and was not willing to listen. On top of that, he was loud and I never expect that style of communication coming from a manager! No need to be disrespectful like that. I stayed at the front waiting for a Salesperson for 30 minutes. Wait for them to get the keys took another 10-15 minutes. Explain to them everything in my opinion takes another 20 minutes. Only to end all negotiation before they can even start in 15 seconds. Walking looking to buy 3 cars. Walking out disappointed. More

Pat Lobb, This visit was disappointing, I gave my car for 35K service and I was told that I will get my car by afternoon, this was misleading and car was given back to me next day. No apology offered, at-least complimentary rent-a car should have been offered since the vehicle was under warranty and dealership didn’t delivered promise. I was planning to trade in my SUV with a bigger vehicle but now I will choose a different Dealership . Service team is not helpful and doesn’t know how to keep up with client’s dissatisfaction. More
