He found a few Tundras that met my requirements quickly, helped me settle in on the specific one that best suited me, gave me a really good price and I had that vehicle two days later. Unlike most of my other experiences with dealerships, Tim was happy to negotiate price and key terms remotely (via email and telephone), so my time spent at the dealership was quick and painless. Their finance guy - John Fulgoni - was equally efficient and easy to work with. He didn't waste my time pushing for numerous upsells (extended warranties, etc) like finance departments usually do. The service department was very polite and scheduled my service visit for the same day. I was running late for my appointment so I called to let them know i wasnt going to make my appointment on time The service visit for the same day. After I gave them estimated arrival time they immediately reschudle my appointment. They told me my service would take an hour to complete but they were finished in 45 mimutes.
