I had to have my hatch repaired because it would not always open. The parts needed were on backorder so about 2 weeks went by and Cannon called to tell me they were in and we scheduled a day for me to d always open. The morning of my appointment, Cannon called to say he pulled the parts so they could be ready when I arrived, but one of the parts was damaged. He reordered and called when they arrived. Took my car in and it was repaired. I appreciated so much that Cannon checked the parts and notified me befor my appointment to save me a trip. I have had nothing but wonderful service any time I have taken my car in. They certainly know the meaning of customer service. More

I brought my new Rav4 Hybrid in for its 5,000-mile service and received a quote of $700.93 to replace my side-view mirror, including parts and installation. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment service and received a quote of $700.93 to replace my side-view mirror, including parts and installation. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the part was on backorder—yet no one had bothered to call me ahead of time to save me the trip. As an apology, they gave me four free car washes, which was nice… but then, when the part finally arrived, no one called me about that either. I only found out because I happened to follow up myself. When I finally came in to have the mirror replaced, the real shock came—they tried to charge me over $1,200! I reminded Austin that he had quoted me $700.93 just a month earlier. After “checking,” he came back with a discounted total of $1,084.72—still $383.79 higher than my original quote. My only alternative? Let them reinstall my broken mirror. So, where did my extra $383.79 go, Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney? If I hadn’t spoken up, would I have just been overcharged without question? This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and has completely eroded my trust in this service center. Communication failures, a lack of follow-through, and an attempted price hike make me question whether I’ll return. More
