I had an issue when of not getting a key fob for my jeep that was advertise as being a keyless entry vehicle. I was only issued a valet key. I addressed my concerns with Sales Manager Dustin and got jeep that was advertise as being a keyless entry vehicle. I was only issued a valet key. I worked with Rich and the service was excellent. My Jeep was taken in quickly. They provided an Uber to get me home and back to the dealership the next day. I've been there multiple times, but very disappointed my my most recent visit with my 2016 Jeep. Was first told we didn't have an appointment and was told we could be "fit in" but would take 2+ hours, unti my most recent visit with my 2016 Jeep. Was first told we didn't have an appointment and was told we could be "fit in" but would take 2+ hours, until I was able to show my confirmation email/text reminder. In which they then said ok, you're right I do see the appointment.. Was in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I am totally fine with the inspector calling or walking into the waiting room to let me know what they found and for me to confirm how to proceed. But, instead they had my car there for 2 hours only for me to come to them asking for an update on when my car would be done. The response was "waiting on an estimate." Which in my opinion, they should have spoken to me prior to any estimates and let me know what they even found. B/c I opted to NOT go with their findings and they still had yet to complete the oil change when I had already been waiting for 2 hours which is why I was there in the first place, resulting in waiting even longer. More
