They did everything they could to sell me a truck, but unfortunately, things were out of their control. I wanted a Ram 1500 Limited, and they have one in stock. However, they tried all sorts of options to figure out a way to make it work, including looking at a dealer trade, swapping out the recalled part with one that worked from another vehicle, etc. Ultimately, they weren’t able to find a workable solution, but they did everything they could think of, so kudos to them! They said front seal leakin at axle which it wasn't the problem at all. Decided to just have Service done early at dealership as was do in 1k miles anyway. Iwsa there 10 days picked it up a couple days later noticed leaking in front everywhere! Checked it out the oil filter leaking because wasn't tight dripping everywhere! 4 turns to even get it hand tight from oil change they did. What a joke palmer is the worst sales and service I've come across. Ive owned 4 grand Cherokees know there issues. Was contemplating a major performance upgrade at palmer.
