The service department looked at my transmission issues and quickly determined it was due to a faulty alternator put in 6months earlier at another shop. I had a very bad experience with Kimberly at Palmer DCJR. She was very cold, uncaring, and abrupt. The entire department has a problem in that they weren't even going to look at my car for at least 2 days, i She was very cold, uncaring, and abrupt.
