I got my car back after waiting over three hours for the oil change and the return for an oil change was 200 miles. I don’t even know if they truly changed the oil and they didn’t even run it through the car wash. This place is TRASH. More

There was confusion on where to go for service and who to speak to. It would’ve been nice for someone to greet us at the car and ask what we were there for like other Toyota dealerships do. The environment was also not very welcoming as I’ve experienced at other Toyota dealerships. They gave my car a wash but honestly it came out looking more dirty than how it was before the wash. Only good thing I have to say about this dealership is they have one sales woman who was very friendly and welcoming as we were browsing the lot. More
