Chris Farmer is our go to guy for the last 5 years. We love Toyotas. We usually know the style we are looking to purchase.In 2019, although we live in a city of 800,000 , I could not get a response asi We love Toyotas. We usually know the style we are looking to purchase.In 2019, although we live in a city of 800,000 , I could not get a response aside from a price from our local dealers. We reached out to cities nearby without success. Chris Farmer immediately responded with facts and figures. My husband flew to Dallas. The dealership picked him up. In an hour he was on the road home. No haggles. Despite plane fare, gas and hotel, we saved over $1,000. A year later,I was willing to spend anything for a car with good air conditioning. Chris explained the lower cost Prius had great AC. It’s been a dream. My husband drove a trade in to Dallas this go around. , Chris found a promotion saving us an additional 1,000 even though we’d settled on a price. When my husband wanted to trade for a truck, I wanted a Hybrid. The 2024 Tacoma Hybrid has crazy good reviews. But try getting your hands on one. Chris kept us in the loop for 6 months. When the allocations began, he gave us first chance. My husband drove another trade in to Dallas and 15 minutes tge deal was done. He stayed around another half an hour just because Chris is so fun and interesting. If you do meet Chris be sure and tank him for his service -Navy. Cowboy Toyota is our family’s dealership even though it’s 600 miles away. More
