Usually, I have a good experience when going to the service department at Norm Reeves Toyota, however, this visit was unexpectedly long. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, and when I checked at 12:30, they h service department at Norm Reeves Toyota, however, this visit was unexpectedly long. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, and when I checked at 12:30, they hadn’t even begun working on my vehicle. I eventually used the shuttle to get home and took an Uber back when they finally finished, and I could take a break from work. More
