We had a scheduled appointment and it still took an hour and a half. I asked the service advisor if we should reschedule. He said no. It was 80 dollars for just an oil change. I went to get the keys and Tony had a customer. I went to the cashier to check out and they said that I had to go to my advisor. Tony had several other keys at his desk. Waiting this long and the vehicle sitting out front really was uncalled for. More
