Tony Lagos is professional and helpful. I do however feel that the maintenance plan provided with the purchase is somewhat misleading. I was told I would have to pay to have differential fl I do however feel that the maintenance plan provided with the purchase is somewhat misleading. I was told I would have to pay to have differential fluid replaced at 7500 miles. If this is a standard maintenance item, I feel it should have been included in the maintenance plan. As this was my first Honda purchase, I was expecting to have two years of hassle-free and cost-free driving peace of mind. More
