I brought my car in for an A/C issue back in March, and they replaced a condenser that wasn't even leaking, completely missing the real problem. After multiple return visits and endless runaround, they finally admitted there is a leak in the evaporator—which was there all along—yet they still refuse to take responsibility or fix their mistake properly. Loyal customers deserve much better than a misdiagnosed car and zero accountability. More
