As I now live in San Diego, I needed to work with someone remotely. I chose Norm Reeves based on our previous purchases (this is our 4th Honda purchased from this dealer) and the large selection. Jose watched the cars expected to come in and alerted me as soon as a car close to the one I wanted was available. When I came up I really did not want the color combination and he found an alternative option for me which was perfect. Since I came up from San Diego, I needed to be back on the road by a certain time and he worked hard to not delay me. While I wanted a lower price, I was very happy with my purchase.
