DROVE OUT FROM THE 8~0~5 VENTURA COUNTY AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THIS WAS MY FIRST CAR I BOUGHT FROM A DEALERSHIP AND THE BEST DECISION I MADE. WE WERE GREETED BY ANOTHER SALESMAN WHO FOUND CHRIS FOR US PROPMPTLY AND CHRIS WADS READY KEYS IN HAND AND SHOWED US SEVERAL PILOT'S AND DESRIBED ALL ACURATELY. I MADE MY CHOICE AND PURCHASED A 2007 HONDA PILOT. MY FAMILY OF 5 HAD A BLAST ON OUR FORST TRIP TO DISNEYLAND FOR THE 2010 YR THE KIDS DIDNT COMPLAIN WHILE THEY WATCHED A MOVIE. WE ENJOYED THE WIRELESS HEADPHONES. MY YOUNGER BROTHER IS NOW LOOKING FOR A CAR AND HE IS UNDECIDED BUT I'M SURE WE WILL BE BACK WITH CHRIS. Linda was very professional. From the time we spoke on the phone to the delivery of the car she was up front, friendly and made sure my purchase was a great experience. I was contacted by other dealers the phone to the delivery of the car she was up front, friendly and made sure my purchase was a great experience. I was contacted by other dealers where the people were rude and not very helpful. Linda made sure that I got a great price and told me what options I have when it comes to financing. Came to inquire about pricing available for leasing to replace car that was totaled. Kevin was great, he answered all our questions and informed us of all the options that were available at the moment. H replace car that was totaled. He took us on two test drives to see the difference between V6 and 4 cylinder Accords. He also educated us on some of the things to look for when we consider buying or leasing. Our salesperson Linda Ly, was easily the most honest, up front and just overall nice car salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I could not recommend her enough. Because of the pleasant experience we had coming to Norm Reeves Honda, my husband and I will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Although we are currently not ready to make a purchase (something we made very clear to the sales associate who assisted us) we were given the courtesy and extremely great service as if we were about to make one. Andy asked about our family and we felt the genuineness of his desire to get to know us on a personal level. My husband and I, in sales ourselves, commend the way he handled our questions. He didn't seem rushed or too eager. Knowing we were taking his time and possibly depriving him from the chance to serve a real buyer, we excused ourselves, but not after we had enough information that will help us make a decision with our future purchase. Andy shook our hands and did not make us feel like we wasted his time. More of us in sales should learn from the way he handled his job-very well done!
