Been with Norm Reeves since the mid 90’s always great service so not sure what changed. My car was running smoothly just needed an oil change. When I got the car back it was not running smoothly anymore. service so not sure what changed. My car was running smoothly just needed an oil change. When I got the car back it was not running smoothly anymore. It was sluggish. They suggested a transmission flush but still didn’t feel the same. Heard knocking one day checked the oil and it was on the bottom hash marks of the dipstick. Sent a text message about the issue. Never heard back. It looks like I’m going to do an emergency oil and filter change tomorrow. More

This dealership is very poor in customer service, they sold me a new vehicle which did not have working air conditioning. I’ve been at this dealership 4 times already for an ongoing issue with the quarter glass molding sticking out on my brand new Civic Hybrid. On the first visit, it took them 6 hours just to get an ad ongoing issue with the quarter glass molding sticking out on my brand new Civic Hybrid. On the first visit, it took them 6 hours just to get an advisor to look at the vehicle and determine the molding needed to be replaced and they are going to order a new molding. The second visit, it took hours just for the glass company’s to come out and do the installation. They did a poor job and left all the glass inside instead of cleaning it up. The issue was still not fixed. So we had to come back a 3rd time to complain about the issue not being fixed and they ordered the part. On the 4th time back, the glass company did another reinstallation, and was deemed a manufacturer defect from Honda. Mind you American Honda Motor Co. has already been contacted and will not take accountability and accept it is a manufacturing defect because the dealership is saying it is not. This dealerships outsources their glass replacements and work with an incompetent subsidiary in the city of Bellflower instead of doing glass repairs in-hourse or have the repairs done by a certified Honda tech advisor. Norm Reeves states that they have already ordered a brand new molding part 2 times and when the issue remained unresolved, they threw their arms back and said there is nothing they can do further except have me open up the claim with American Honda Motor Co. Because of the glass company’s incompetency and Norm Reeves & AHM refusing to take accountability, I contacted my very own glass company, who stated it is indeed a defect and found out for us that this glass company scratched the molding and attempted to cover it up with primer. I would rather work with them moving forward. Shame on you Norm Reeves. Do better. More

HONDA WILL NOT FIX MY CAR AND IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I INITIALLY TOOK THE CAR IN ON 10/22/2023 WHEN THE CAR STARTED OVER HEATING THEY THEY FIXED THE SUCTION LINE TOTHE CONDENSER. THEY ALSO FOUND A OIL L I INITIALLY TOOK THE CAR IN ON 10/22/2023 WHEN THE CAR STARTED OVER HEATING THEY THEY FIXED THE SUCTION LINE TOTHE CONDENSER. THEY ALSO FOUND A OIL LEAK FROM THE TIMING TENSIONER COVER ASND THEY JUST RESEALED IT SO IT WOULD NOT LEAK ANYMORE. THEN ON 10/26/2024 TOOK THE CAR IN DUE TO TROUBLE STARTING SO THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY. THEN THERE WAS A RECALL ON F UEL PUMP AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO NOTIFY ME WHEN IT WAS IN STOCK /AND NEVER DID.THEN ON 3/17/2025 TOOK THE CAR IN DUE TO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON AND VEHICLE FEELS LIKE ITS IN NUTRAL WHEN DRIVING THEY DID NOT FIND ANY ISSUES NO REPAIRS DONE. THEN TOOK THE CAR BACK IN /ON / AND THEY FOUND THE CONDENSER LEAKING AGIN AND NOW THEY FOUND A BLOWN CYLINDER HEADGASKET CAUSING OVERHEATING. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $5636.00 TO FIX IT. THEY SAID THAT THE WARRANTY EXPIRED ON 6/1/2025 SO ITS NO LONGER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE CAR HAD BEEN TAKEN IN NUMEROUS TIMES BECAUSE OF THE CHECK ENGIN LIGHT PERIODLICALLY COMING ON AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. THEY SHOULD HAVE BETTER TECHS LOOKING AT THE VEHICLES ALSO I PAID EACH TIME FOR FOR THEIR WORLD CLASS MULTI POINT INSPECTION WHY WASN'T THIS ISSUED FOUND SOONER? I FEEL THAT THEY WERE JUST SCAMMING ME OUT OF MY MONEY UNTIL THE WARRANTY EXPIRED KNOWING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE OUT OF POCKET IF THEY WAITING UNTIL AFTER IT EXPIRED TO TELL ME WHAT THE REAL ISSUE WAS WITH THE CAR.
