This was the first time servicing my Honda Civic sport at the dealership it's a 2024 I normally use private mechanics simply because of time but my advisor sits a good idea to service at the dealer so they c the dealership it's a 2024 I normally use private mechanics simply because of time but my advisor sits a good idea to service at the dealer so they can keep records and I understand that so last Saturday I came in with an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and I was absolutely amazed in horror how many cars were already there there had to have been at least 30 to 40 cars in line already at 7:30 for my 8:00 appointment it was a little overwhelming I got in the line best I could when I got to the front of where I was supposed to be in line nobody came up to me I wasn't sure what to do so I just asked the nearest person I saw in the wasn't the nicest to me kind of was already frustrated at this point so I asked another person and they were kind of vague so I was getting frustrated myself and then finally some guy came around and put a number on my car kind of told me the situation and shortly after my car went into the service it took just over an hour which wasn't too bad giving how many cars were there but the only thing to concern me when is that busy they try and get those cars out as fast as possible which worries me about cutting corners I had that kind of incident after they gave me my car back it seemed fine and then I got a couple miles down the road on the way home and my low tire pressure sensor goes off which is never done before since I bought that car so I was kind of shock seeing that that's something they should have reset seeing if they also rotated my tires or at least they say they did and they just didn't do it I wasn't even sure how to do it I've never done that I'm just glad the car itself told me how to do it kind of easy so when I got home I recalibrated the TPMS but they got to watch stuff like that so that's basically my experience I'm sure I'll go back but I'm not in a hurry to. More

Dealership always takes forever to do a simple service for any vehicle. The promised times are a joke and I’ll rather take my business elsewhere. They should have backup advisors so not everybody is taking their lunch and making customers wait. More
