The People were lovely. There was a delay in getting to analyze my problem because they had repair men out sick. My car gave an error message that it was a battery problem when, it just needed a software update. I had to rent a car for the week, and I got mixed answers as to whether that was included or not. I wished that the service guy got back to me with an update without me having to call daily. More

Last Minute Service What an experience, set up the appointment on the WWW, was met by a young man who found my appointment file and introduced me to Mr. Houston (Chuck) w What an experience, set up the appointment on the WWW, was met by a young man who found my appointment file and introduced me to Mr. Houston (Chuck) who sat me down updated my information and provided me the estimate in ten minutes. He took the time to ensure I understood what was happening and where I could wait as I was driving from Sacramento California to Manhattan, Kansas and needed some rest, he stated a hour and a half, he kept me posted and ensured the coffee was available, an hour an a half later he passed me on to the finance team, I paid for the work and thanked everyone for their superb customer care and just general all around nice feeling from the moment I arrived to the moment the Technician passed me my keys. If this gets to the Volvo team headquarters my recommendation is to take a team to Niello Volvo and see what they are doing with/for Volvo, this visit will keep me in Volvo's for the rest of my driving years, thank you Niello Volvo, great service and superb care. More
