The customer service in the service department is severely lacking. I've called my service representative Amy and left a message on Wednesday and again on Friday morning. I called again on Friday and severely lacking. I've called my service representative Amy and left a message on Wednesday and again on Friday morning. I called again on Friday and waited on hold for 7 minutes only to be told by the man that answered that Amy would need to check with the parts department and would get back to me. I waited an hour and a half but still no word from Amy. I decided to call the parts department to see if I could get answers on my own. After 5 minutes on hold, the representative in the parts department said he could see Amy at her desk and instead of helping me, he transferred me to Amy. I was promptly sent again to voicemail. I still have no response from Amy. I understand she may not have answers but the total disregard of my messages is ridiculous. For touting 100% customer satisfaction (I listened to the pledge for a solid 12 minutes on hold), this dealership is far from it for me. More

The tire need to be changed, but there was none in stock. So I was told that I will be contacted once it's available. I did not get any feedback from the service department for days. I called almost every day and left a message but no one got back to me. After much insistence, about seven or eight days later, I finally found out that I can have a replacement for the tire. I understand that the supplies are short, and sometimes nonexistent, but a bit of that conversation/feedback and Update would have been much appreciated. A day after the service was done, I got an error message on my dashboard. Again I contacted your service department but no one got back to me. I had to take the car to a third-party, non-Volvo tire shop, and they told me what to do. With their guidance, the error message did finally go away. A bit disappointed from your service department.
