I didn’t deal with either person listed. I worked with Vadim and Luke who were very gracious and respectful as well as helpful and informative. I would purchase again from them for next car. Taylor as a manager has poor escalation and problem solving skills. When the team made mistakes, he chose to play/switch words instead of taking the ownership.
