Niello Volvo has consistently exceeded my expectations for pre-sales, sales, and service needs. The sales experience is easy, pricing is competitive, everything is explained in detail and there is no fee for pre-sales, sales, and service needs. Rick saved the day for us. We were on our way to Tahoe for vacation and my electric Volvo would not start. We brought to Sacramento Volvo and one of the guys could not get us a We were on our way to Tahoe for vacation and my electric Volvo would not start. We brought to Sacramento Volvo and one of the guys could not get us a rental car to continue our trip. However, Rick stepped in and helped us tremendously , rented a car for us at Enterprise, had someone pick us up and made sure our Volvo was worked on diligently since the Volvo in San Francisco worked on my Volvo 3x and it still stalled. Rick kept us updated each time and made sure we were happy and our car working without anymore issues More
