I’ve always been pretty anxious going to the dealership but Nikolas’ ability to build rapport while handling the care of my car with comp dealership. I got there right before closing and I wasn't sure I'd be able to get an oil change. Btw I was 20miles away from needing it changed, and I told Tim I drive a lot for work and that I was worried.
