I went to Napleton Ford to have my oil changed. My service advisor was Tim Harris. Tim greeted me promptly when I pulled my car in. I was then informed that my vehicle would be taken care of so I surrendered the key. I then took a seat in the waiting area and about a hour later was ready to leave.
